    Description

    The Service Advisor role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service at our dealership. As a Service Advisor, your main focus is scheduling service work, providing top-notch customer service, and promoting additional necessary services to our valued clients.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage service orders and Drive Lane flow efficiently to guarantee customers receive timely and excellent service
    • Enhance the customer experience by going the extra mile and leaving a lasting positive impression
    • Offer dedicated support to customers for inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and well-assisted
    • Optimize technicians' time and distribute work effectively
    • Address technical queries on vehicle issues, warranties, and services
    • Maintain high Customer Success Index and uphold company standards
    • Aid in diagnosing vehicle problems, order necessary parts, and oversee warranty claim processes
    • Enforce company policies, regulations, and maintain strong relationships with factory partners

    Qualifications

    • Organized and personable with excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership and time management abilities
    • Proven track record of customer satisfaction and sales success
    • Team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license
