The
German Weather Service (DWD) is seeking a
Verwaltungswirtin/Verwaltungswirt (m/w/d) (FH) or
Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or Business Administration for the
Haushalt department of the
Personal und Betriebswirtschaft division at the
Offenbach am Main location, starting as soon as possible and
until December 31, 2026.


The position is responsible for managing funding processes for the
IDEA S4S and
STEP UP programs, which aim to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Germany and Italy in the fields of meteorology, climatology, and related disciplines, as well as to train young scientists and students from both countries in these areas and promote collaboration with the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating central tasks for the IDEA S4S funding program
