We are currently seeking an Expansion Intern in Germany to kickstart their career in real estate and assist us with a variety of tasks, including:

Collaborating with the team to analyze potential expansion opportunities
Conducting financial evaluations and negotiations with developers and property owners
Conducting market research and identifying potential locations
Visiting sites to help determine suitable locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Requirements:

Recent graduate, preferably in the field of real estate
Fluent in German and English
Detailoriented and adaptable
Able to work under tight deadlines
Possess a growth mindset and a curious nature
