Responsibilities:

Independently create meaningful qualification profiles
Organize telephone and inperson interviews
Actively contribute to building a suitable pool of applicants
Create job advertisements and post them on various (online) channels
Maintain the CRM system and create inquiries
Match suitable applicants to client requests
Support the entire application process and maintain our applicant management system

Profile:

Student in the field of business administration, psychology, or a related field, alternatively a technical degree
Experience in human resources or applicant management is an advantage
Enjoy working in the field of personnel management
Affinity for popular social media channels
Selfinitiative, high commitment, and a dedicated team player with strong communication skills
Structured, organized, and independent working style
Excellent German and English skills
