Description
As a (Senior) Account Executive m/w/d, you are the strategic (process) consultant for companies in a digitized world and make them more future-proof, humane, and efficient with our HR software.
THE TASKS:
- Independent acquisition from lead generation to deal closure. You focus on acquiring enterprise customers.
- You focus on a specific industry: manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, or services.
- You build a deep understanding of company processes in connection with workforce management (time tracking, personnel deployment planning) so that you are valued and able to convince decision-makers at the C-level.
- Successful software sales for us means an ideal combination of sales elements and process-oriented business consulting.
- You work closely with the presales team, legal, and our IT consultants.
- Travel activity of 10%-50% (depending on the specific role).
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or consulting.
- Experience in explaining complex processes.
- Proven success in acquiring new customers.
- Successfully completed studies.
- We are open to candidates from outside the software industry :-).
- Very good German and English skills
