We are currently looking for an expert as a Senior Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of process control technology for our client, a renowned partner for industrial companies in Wiesbaden.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for process control technology and network control technology in an industrial environment
Identification of plant risks and implementation of preventive measures to improve plant availability
Operational and strategic involvement in continuous improvements of power plant technology
Development of the area of information security (OT security) for control systems
Review of security standards and compliance with legal requirements

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, automation technology or similar, alternatively a degree as an electrical or power plant master
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in control technology or in the power plant sector
Sound knowledge of process control technology and automation or network technology
Experience in the field of OT security and experience with ABB Freelance
Proficient in relevant industry rules and standards (e.g. ISO 27001)
Negotiation skills in German
