As an Ergotherapist at Dorea Family in Dumont, MN, you will develop suitable treatment concepts for our elderly residents with mental, motor, and cognitive limitations.

Working closely with the nursing management, you will create individual and group activities focused on activation and motivation to improve their quality of life.

Self-help training and problem-solving in daily life are important measures within Dorea Family's care concept.
