Business Development Representative - German fluency (f/m/d)
In the 1950s, global trade was forever changed with the invention of the standardized container. This made transporting goods across the world more affordable and paved the way for globalization and global wealth. However, many surrounding processes have not been standardized or innovated, leading to frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone procedures.
Our goal is to use technology to simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes around the container as simple as the container itself.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and booking demos with high-potential sales opportunities for our Sales Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career and contribute to the development of our customer base while also growing and developing yourself.
Your tasks:
- Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls to leads for xChange
- Identify decisionmakers, demonstrate the value proposition of xChange, and schedule demo calls with the sales team
- Overcome objections and maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with our marketing team to continuously optimize lead qualification and customer approach
- Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to report on all important activities and insights gathered throughout the sales process
