What can you expect?
- As an assistant, you will play a central role in our branch and support our branch manager as well as department managers in all organizational and administrative matters
- You will be responsible for general office organization and a key part of your tasks will be communication with our clients, as well as evaluating customer satisfaction and supporting in acquisitions, pre-qualifications, and proposals
- You will support our project management in documentation and communication, create presentations, maintain project tools, and assist with project initiations
- As a communication expert, you understand the importance of networking and maintain our contacts with professional associations and universities, as well as help us expand them
- You will support our managers in personnel tasks, including preparing job interviews and targeted further education
