Our client, a medium-sized company in the personnel services industry, is currently seeking a Personal Disponent (m/f/d) / Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) for a permanent internal position in Amelia Court House, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones
- Providing supportive guidance and leadership to assigned employees
- Presenting and placing suitable candidates with clients
- Managing personnel administration while considering quality management, occupational safety, and health protection
- Searching, selecting, and evaluating suitable candidates
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Professional experience in personnel services
- Sales affinity
- High level of commitment and enjoyment in work
