We are looking for a motivated Founder Associate (m/f/d) to support our company and drive the growth of the entire organization.


In your daily work, you will focus on optimizing key processes alongside our C-level team and make valuable contributions to various exciting projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote operational excellence throughout our organization by closely collaborating with the management team and operational departments
  • Support the Head of CEO Office and management in all operational and processrelated matters
  • Lead and manage multiple growth initiatives and projects simultaneously
  • Develop strategies to improve key business processes
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement them to facilitate the scaling process
  • Provide strategic support to various departments through adhoc projects where and when needed
  • Monitor departmentspecific KPIs and identify opportunities to ensure/optimize their fulfillment

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies at a top university in a businessrelated field
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a business position, preferably in a VC company, highgrowth startup, investment bank, or consulting firm
  • Excellent understanding of business processes
  • Pragmatic and creative approach to problemsolving and resilience in dealing with challenges
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with a high level of autonomy, initiative, and practical mindset
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
