Job Summary:


Pierre Landscape, a leading landscaping company in Irwindale, California, is seeking a Business Development Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time, hourly position where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business development department.

As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company. We offer a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow.


Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, hourly position with a starting range $22 of $26 per hour. Compensation will be paid semi-monthly.

Job Duties:


  • Provide administration support by working with the Sales team
  • Maintain calendar(s), coordinate events, meetings, etc.
  • Assist in the completion of GC prequalification paperwork
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, forms and other documents for project procurement
  • Help with Sales & Bidding functions of projects
  • Follow up with contractors regarding project information for bidding
  • Create open lines of communications between contractors and the sales team
  • Respond to inquiries from current and potential clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as estimating, production, accounting and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Attend networking events with Business Developer.

Requirements:


  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an administrative sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Superior ability to multitask with time sensitive work
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, and a team player
  • Previous experience in the landscaping industry is a plus.
