Your profile:

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or physician assistant (m/f/d)
Good knowledge of English
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people; cultural sensitivity and tact
Organizational skills, good time management, and structured work approach

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing technical, administrative, and coordination support for our national and international clients:

Accompanying clients during their stay at the clinic
Organizing and coordinating appointments, preparing and following up on examinations
Assisting with medical tasks (e.g. blood draws) and performing technical procedures (e.g. ECG, spirometry, ergometry)
Independently organizing, coordinating, and completing general administrative tasks
Translating client inquiries
