Then study with us at the University of the Federal Employment Agency (HdBA) and choose either the degree program Labor Market Management or Counseling for Education, Occupation, and Employment. For more information about the degree programs, visit our university's website.

Your tasks and responsibilities

The three-year program is divided into five on-campus trimesters and four internship trimesters, each lasting four months.

The theory you acquire at the HdBA (Mannheim or Schwerin) can be directly applied in the internship trimesters at local offices (employment agency or job center).

In the third on-campus trimester, you choose a study focus to deepen your skills.
