Alongside our sales specialists in the field, our customers can rely on competent teams in Sales Support.As a member of our team, you will support our sales department in providing seamless customer service through reliable calculations, optimal route planning, and informative reporting.
Our location in Großschirma is looking for a new team member to join us in this permanent position (reference number: 230000OW).
Your responsibilities will include managing your own portfolio of clients, conducting phone calls for new customer acquisition, implementing cross-product sales initiatives, conducting market analysis, and accurately documenting customer meetings in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you should have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding/logistics, or have some experience in this industry.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and resilient, with a positive attitude towards working with customers and their needs.
Your confident and friendly demeanor, along with your ability to work well in a team and problem-solve, will make you a great fit for our team.
