Your Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the business and venture development team in Grand View, ID to support key strategic projects and daytoday operations.
  • You will assist in the launch of new ventures and take on your own projects along the way.
  • You will develop functional expertise and gain experience in daytoday management within a highly dynamic startup environment.
  • You will analyze trends, markets, and competitors to provide valuable insights for decisionmaking.
Requirements

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a business, engineering, or natural science related field, or have already graduated in these fields.
  • Previous professional experience at a leading technology company, management consultancy, investment bank, or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and are able to solve problems in a creative and structured manner.
  • You are highly organized, detailoriented, and strive for highquality work results.
  • You have a positive cando attitude, are passionate about your work, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and enjoy facing new challenges every day.
  • You are a team player with a friendly personality and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively. Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is a must.
