The REHASAN Fachklinik Schwaben in Bad Mergentheim is a rehabilitation clinic specializing in internal medicine (including diabetes), orthopedics (particularly treatments after joint replacement and spinal surgeries), and mother-child cures.

We are currently seeking a full-time Service Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


What we are looking for:


A structured individual with strong organizational skills, who is not only empathetic and competent in dealing with patients, but also works independently and collaboratively.

You should have experience in service, ideally through a qualified education in the hotel or restaurant industry, which you can apply in a patient and employee-oriented manner.

  • Managing staff schedules and creating work plans
  • Ensuring smooth meal service in accordance with prescribed diets and special dietary needs
  • Coordinating and independently managing processes and appointments in collaboration with the kitchen management
  • Actively participating in daily work in the patient restaurant, including being a point of contact and providing assistance to patients in need
  • Familyfriendly working hours (late shift until 8pm), rotating weekend shifts
