Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing payroll and maintaining personnel records
  • Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for residents, family members, and partners
  • Assisting with financial accounting
  • Organizing and completing administrative tasks related to residents
  • Supporting the facility management
  • Handling correspondence
  • Reception and telephone duties

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training or experience in banking or administration
  • Previous experience in the administration of a nursing home or home care facility is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Positive attitude towards older people
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
