Are you looking to get a taste of the startup world and earn some extra money in a relaxed atmosphere? As a working student in our "simplest checkout you can imagine" team, you will play a key role in ensuring that we live up to this promise. From onboarding new customers to coordinating stakeholders at well-known companies.

Tasks

You will be in direct contact with our customers and solve potential problems either independently or in collaboration with our development team.
You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and develop customers for the rollout of additional vision checkouts.
You propose concrete measures for the successful use of the vision checkout and respond to various circumstances with the help of our software.
You create reports on system performance and communicate them to the team.
You identify problem areas and make feature requests to our development team.
You prepare workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction and lead them.

Qualifications

You are enrolled as a student and speak fluent German.
You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe to visit our customers.
You are outgoing and have strong communication skills.
You have a structured and independent way of working, allowing you to master daily challenges.
You do not lose motivation or composure
