What you will do with us
You will provide intensive social and pedagogical support and guidance to participants within a social security-protected employment (BaE).

You will actively support participants through individual case assistance (with appropriate documentation) and crisis intervention, and provide social integration support by involving the social environment of the participants.

You will conduct group events and various trainings, such as job application trainings and coaching, and promote the integration of participants into the training and job market.

You will set and track goals, document them accordingly, and also handle reporting and other related administrative tasks.
You will also engage in networking activities for the benefit of participants and the company.
You will work closely with colleagues involved in the program.
What makes you stand out

You have a degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Special Education, Rehabilitation or Special Education, or alternatively a degree in Education with relevant focuses, or experience as an educator working with the target group.
