The
ADAC Nord Dienstleistung GmbH offers high-quality service and consulting services within the ADAC network. Here, we are dedicated to the topics of mobility, travel, vacation, insurance, and of course, ADAC membership.


Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone contact with our new members and welcoming them to the world of ADAC
  • Introducing and explaining additional ADAC offers, insurance, etc.
  • Offering additional ADAC products and insurance
  • Advising customers on contract adjustments and optimizations
  • Supporting the inbound team in daily operations

Our requirements:

  • Previous experience in telephone or sales
  • Enjoyment of working with people and on the phone
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
  • Sales and customer orientation, as well as sensitivity in dealing with different personalities
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Saturdays only 6 hours and a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month)
