We are currently seeking a Front Line Associate (m/f/d) for our Berlin (Hermannstraße) location to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality customer advice and support in the branch
  • Conduct money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handle administrative tasks related to offered products
  • Perform necessary control functions during daily operations (cash management, security)
  • Report to the Regional Manager and Branch Manager
  • Adhere to internal bank policies and relevant integrity and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cashier or teller roles
  • Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or other languages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation
