We are currently seeking candidates for the positions of "Early Intervention and Childcare" in our LWL Department of Youth and Education in Wildwood, NJ.

This is a full-time, permanent position (41 or 39 hours/week) with the possibility of part-time work of at least 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of employees (including personnel management and organizational tasks)
Providing professional guidance and supervision to ensure consistent application of laws and efficient task completion
Setting and implementing strategic goals for the region
Overseeing individual cases (e.g. participating in internal working groups, coordinating with and advising external organizations, representing LWL in various committees)

Requirements:

Completed degree in general administration (Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt) such as Diplom-Verwaltungswirt:in or Bachelor of Laws from the Hochschule für Polizei und öffentliche Verwaltung (HSPV)

Successfully passed advancement exam for Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt

Completed training as Verwaltungsfachwirt:in (VL II)

Other relevant degree with focus on the mentioned areas (e.g. completed first state examination in law, Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Bachelor of Laws/Arts
