Jennifer - Customer Service & Account Management Employee for Private Customers

Your tasks will include:

You will be responsible for the support of our customers in special situations (e.g. inheritances, guardianships, garnishments and transfer orders) as well as the subsequent processing of these transactions.
You will communicate with customers and ensure high satisfaction through quality service and advice.
You will be the contact person for colleagues from other departments.
You will stay informed about changes in the framework conditions, implement them in practice together with colleagues and update our work instructions.
Together with the team, you will contribute to the further development and design of projects and processes.

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have some experience in customer service for private customers and good knowledge of banking.
High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a team.
Empathy and good communication skills to support customers in difficult situations.
Structured, independent and careful way of working.
