Object Manager (m/f/d):


We are currently looking for a master or technician as an object manager (m/f/d) for our client, a well-known company, at the location Böblingen.

Your responsibilities:


  • Managing the technical and infrastructure teams in your objects, including deployment planning
  • Monitoring all technical processes, including quality assurance
  • Ensuring the profitability of your facility management contracts
  • Revenue and cost control, as well as responsibility for staying within budget
  • Fulfilling existing contractual relationships
  • Communicating with clients and authorities
  • Coordinating and managing all service areas for your FM clients
  • Central point of contact for the client and responsible for facility management
  • Responsible for creating maintenance and inspection plans, as well as performance and quality control of inhouse and external services
  • Monitoring legal inspection deadlines and requirements, as well as warranty, defect, and damage management
  • Calculating, creating offers, and carrying out regular and projectrelated services
  • Leading a team of technicians

Your profile:


  • Technical education + further training as a technician, master in the field of plant mechanics (SHK), heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing (HKLS), building services engineering (TGA), electrical engineering, or further training as a specialist in facility management
  • Professional experience in facility management/technical service
