We are currently looking for a *clerk (m/f/d) for the administration of the State Garden Show 2030 at the Coordination Office for Major Projects KOST* at the city of Ulm:
Full-time, permanent position.
The State Garden Show 2030 will significantly change the city's landscape.

The LGS aims to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life in the city and its climate resilience.

In dialogue with the public, city council, administration, and external parties, urban and open space goals will be developed, translated into concrete design plans, and implemented.

The range of tasks to be tackled is extensive.


The job holder will support the department and project management in the overall organizational management for the LGS and will also be involved in several individual/sub-projects.

As the point of contact for the projects, they will have contact with the departments of the department, other departments, the city's public utilities and affiliated companies, external planning and consulting firms, and the public.

A separate company will be founded for the implementation of the LGS 2030 Ulm from 2025 onwards.

The salary is based on pay grade A11 or pay group 11 TVöD.

  • Organizational preparation (scheduling) and documentation of coordination and decisionmaking processes within the projects
