Administrative Assistant in Youth Court Assistance (m/f/d)
This is a permanent part-time position for union employees with a current workload of 19.5 hours per week.

The classification is based on pay group S 14 TVöD-SuE.

Your main tasks are: _
Counseling and support for young people, their legal guardians, and young adults before, during, and after criminal proceedings
Examination of existing youth welfare needs
Implementation of diversion procedures
Preparation of opinions on criminal responsibility, possible delays in maturity, sentencing, and necessary educational measures
Development of proposals for conditions and instructions as well as implementation, mediation, and monitoring of conditions and instructions
Social pedagogical examination and decision on the provision of assistance according to § 29 and 30 SGB VIII as well as their management
Assistance with detention decisions
Participation in the execution planning
Support during investigation and imprisonment
Assistance with reintegration
