Responsibilities:

In your role as Head of Legal, you will be responsible for all legal matters of the company.

You will act as a decision-maker in your area of responsibility and proactively support national and international projects, issues, and developments relevant to the company.

Your daily work will primarily consist of providing operational, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal advice across all business units. Your main focus will be on commercial, corporate, and contract law.

You will independently support the departments and customer portfolio and be available as a solution-oriented advisor through quality-oriented consulting.

In addition, you will represent the company's interests and communicate and collaborate with external advisors.

You will also be responsible for managing and evaluating legal disputes from both legal and economic perspectives.
