    Business Management Manager 1
    What You'll Get to Do:
    The Business Management Manager 1 will oversee the financial aspects of Development and Logistics programs within the Advanced Land Sensors Operating Unit. This position collaborates with unit managers to develop strategies, report on program performance, and achieve financial objectives. Responsibilities include:
    • Leading Program Control Analyst (PCA) staff
    • Supporting pricing and proposal activities
    • Assisting in contract negotiations
    • Reviewing contractual documents
    • Managing program resources
    • Preparing financial data for internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensuring compliance and financial reporting
    • Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or program control
    • Understanding of DOD contracts and government Cost Accounting Standards
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
    • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • MBA or CPA certification
    • Experience in managing programs or projects
    • Familiarity with financial forecasting systems
    Salary Range: $99,800 - $149,600
