We are currently seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated
Control Room Operator (m/f/d) for our central control room.


Your responsibilities:


  • Operating and controlling the cement rotary kiln plant, lime shaft furnaces, and cement and lime mills in a threeshift operation
  • Operating measurement, monitoring, and communication equipment to produce products of the intended quality
  • Identifying technical malfunctions, assessing their impact, and initiating countermeasures
  • Retrieving, recording, and providing production data for processing
  • Handling production protocols according to specifications
  • Daily logging of entries (malfunctions or plant conditions) in the shift book
  • Coordinating fuel deliveries (lignite, alternative fuels, and gas) according to the condition of each furnace
