Bremerhaven University is a state university with around 3,000 students.

Our architecturally appealing campus is located at the mouth of the Weser river into the North Sea, and our maritime-oriented study programs with 25 bachelor's and master's degrees in the fields of technology, management, and information systems make us known as the "university by the sea".

The Campus Management System is a software that maps the entire student life cycle and customizes the processes used for the university.

Currently, the Campus Management is located in the Student Affairs department.

Qualifications
You have

a completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related discipline


Other essential and verifiable requirements are:

  • Experience in technical support and automation of processes for different organizational units of a public institution or company
  • Experience in project management and communication of organizational change processes

We also wish for:


  • Server architectures based on Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Relational database systems, e.g. Postgresql
  • Web programming, e.g. Java, Tomcat
  • Knowledge of HISinONE or similar Campus Management
