For our client, market leader in the field of hair and beauty accessories in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe, we are currently seeking a:

HR Generalist (m/f/d

Location: Sinsheim

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year

Your Profile:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or commercial training with further education as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d)
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the HR field
Strong communication skills and organizational ability
Excellent knowledge of legal regulations
Experience in payroll and salary administration
Proficient in MS Office
Structured, proactive work style and team spirit
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Excellent German and English skills

Your Responsibilities:

Point of contact for managers and employees (bluecollar and whitecollar) for all HRrelated questions
Implementation of operational HR topics, such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
Active participation in the development and implementation of the strategic direction in the HR field (e.g. expanding employer branding)
Administrative tasks (e.g. creating references, adjusting employment contracts, job descriptions)
Preparation of evaluations/statistics for management
