Your central role:


  • With your expertise, you create successful requirements management and solid IT solutions for ERGO
  • You transfer business requirements into system requirements, including the description of the corresponding parts of the IT system solution (Solution Component Description). In this context, you are responsible for ensuring that the desired system changes from the business department are implemented correctly and effectively. This makes a significant contribution to the economic success of the projects.
  • You support and develop application systems. The focus here is on sales support systems and CRM (EDwin). You also provide support to the business departments for inquiries about IT applications or for interpreting batch run results. You participate in defining requirement standards, including quality goals, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • You take on a responsible role in projects of various sizes and lead the subordinate employees within the project portfolio clusters as the RE-Lead. You control the definition of expected results for function tests, analyze production errors, and initiate error corrections and change requests.
  • Last but not least, you support communication, training, and qualification in connection with system implementations
