For our Legal & Compliance team, we are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) / In-house Counsel (m/f/d) at our Berlin location on a permanent basis and in part-time (20 hours/week) starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Competent legal advice for the companies of the Cornelsen Group in the areas of general civil law, general commercial law, commercial law, and corporate law
  • Independent and proactive advice as a business partner to the management and relevant departments
  • Advice on strategic matters and support and handling of projects with legal implications, especially M&A projects
  • Support for corporate governance issues
  • Contract drafting and negotiation,
