Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing profiles of (potential) consultants according to client requirements in the areas of IT, project management, business consulting, and related fields and specialties.
Evaluating and assessing the skill sets of (potential) consultants will be in your hands.
You will conduct interviews with (potential) consultants to ensure and adapt to requirements.
You will expand and develop existing profiles in collaboration with consultants.
You will manage and coordinate schedules and deadlines.
You will create and edit new and existing templates.

Qualifications:

You are wellorganized and can bring a strong process orientation and goaloriented thinking to your selforganized work style.
You enjoy writing and have a talent for creative concepts and texts.
Ideally, you have previous sales experience.
You are proficient in MS Office programs.
You have excellent communication skills and can use them effectively in
