Graduates in the healthcare sector (m/f/d)


You have completed a degree in one of the areas listed below and are looking for a professional perspective? In a personal conversation, we will discuss together which opportunities are available for your qualifications.


Full-time, 35 hours/week

Your tasks:


  • In person, by phone or online: You advise our customers on all questions related to social insurance (health insurance, longterm care insurance) and support them with medical and therapeutic measures.
  • You may work with external service providers and contribute to efficient cost management.
  • In our regional service centers, you ensure our service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction for insured persons and corporate customers.

Your profile:


  • You have completed a degree in the healthcare sector, such as healthcare management, nursing management, public health, and have some knowledge of social insurance.
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy advising different customers.
  • You are open to new things and can adapt flexibly to different challenges.
  • You are proficient in all MS Office products.
