Our Foodjis offer ultra-fresh and delicious meals exactly where people spend most of their time. Our goal is to provide over 10 million workers with access to healthy food while reducing food waste.

As the
Director of Culinary (all genders) at Foodji, you will play a crucial role in our organization.

You will be responsible for translating our company's vision into a culinary strategy and bringing it to life through our products, including ultra-fresh food, snacks, and drinks.

Additionally, you will lead and nurture a high-performing culinary team, making our culinary product a unique selling point under your leadership.

What you will be doing:

Attract, lead, and develop our food team at Foodji, using our values, 1:1's, and team retrospectives to create individualized development plans for each team member.
Develop and execute a culinary vision and strategy, while maintaining a customerfocused environment committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers.
Manage the entire life cycle of our culinary assortment, from ideation to launch.
Identify, manage, and develop relevant suppliers in line with our culinary vision.
Work closely with our FSQA department to ensure the highest quality standards throughout our product lifecycle.
