For La Paloma Ranchettes, TX, we are currently seeking a Sales Support / Telesales Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Mülheim an der Ruhr at Medsorg GmbH.

Your responsibilities:

Processing customer orders and handling customer complaints
General office tasks
Writing invoices
Creating and maintaining customer data
Processing and checking customer offers and price lists
Coordinating and conducting salespromoting measures such as active telesales
Analyzing customer buying behavior and expanding the customer base

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in sales
You possess a sense of responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to handle criticism and conflicts
You work customer and performanceoriented
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to act accordingly
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP applications is required
