Berlink ETN GmbH is organizing and accompanying several European exchange projects and professional internships in Berlin for students and pupils from all over Europe.

Berlink is part of the Education and Training Networks (ETN) with offices in Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Ireland, Portugal, and Greece.

We are currently looking for a "Work Placement and Training Officer Junior" for our Berlin office. The position is a maternity leave replacement and is available immediately until May 2025.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of internships and seminars within mobility projects
  • Analyzing application documents
  • Searching and organizing suitable internship placements
  • Preparing internship documents
  • Preparing for job interviews and accompanying participants to their first meeting
  • Analyzing project documents and organizing suitable professional visits and/or seminars, according to customer expectations and promised services
  • Supporting and monitoring participants during activities (internships, seminars, visits), both over the phone and in person
  • Searching for new cooperation partners and potential new clients
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Organizing all other services for incoming groups
  • Participating in international EU projects (Key Action 2, Strategic Partnerships)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Very good German and English skills, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Independence
  • Flexibility and team spirit
