As a Senior UX Designer:
you make an important contribution to digitization - from strategy to conception, to creation and implementation.

Tasks

What does that mean specifically?

You have a strong conceptual orientation and can handle demanding requirements.
Complex software applications do not scare you and you have no problem working on a project for an extended period of time.
You are the contact person for our clients, define the UX strategy for a project, lead team colleagues and are responsible for the economic framework.
You take care of our new and existing customer support.
You ensure the quality assurance of all work results.

Qualifications

What do you bring to the table?

At least 5 years of work experience in a comparable agency/company
Experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar
Expertise in working with Figma, if you also have experience with Sketch, InVision, and Axure RP (or similar prototyping tools), that is a plus you should also be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite
Strategic and conceptual skills
Project management, i.e. proven project management of projects of different sizes
Fluent in German
