We are currently seeking a Trainee Retail Management (m/f/d) for our airport retail operations around the world, based in Belden, CA.

In this role, you will be trained for a fast-track management career in international travel retail through our 18-month program


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rotating through various national and international airport retail locations, such as Frankfurt, Copenhagen, or Sydney, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business
  • Taking on projects and challenges both at home and abroad, as well as at our headquarters in Hamburg and other central interfaces, such as logistics centers
  • Providing travelers with an exceptional shopping experience, building customer loyalty, and driving longterm inspiration
  • Being accessible to both customers and employees, making quick decisions and finding optimal solutions
  • Challenging the status quo and driving innovation to elevate customer service and employee satisfaction to the next level

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in retail or a customeroriented field
  • Fluency in German and English, and ideally in another foreign language
  • Active commitment and a strong passion for sales, with a desire to achieve top performance with your team
  • Enthusiasm for our customers at the point of sale and a keen understanding of their needs
