We are a young and dynamic company specializing in museum lighting and we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented sales support employee to join our sales team and make a significant contribution to the success of our company. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, create quotes, and work closely with the outside sales team to ensure smooth order processing.

Your responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Creating quotes and order confirmations in close collaboration with the outside sales team
  • Monitoring the order process from entry to delivery and ensuring all agreed upon deadlines are met
  • Communicating with internal departments to coordinate order processing
  • Maintaining customer data and information in the CRM system
  • Assisting with sales promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Creating sales statistics and reports for management

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales support or a similar position is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and stay on top of tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
  • Team player with the willingness to collaborate with other departments
