What does your day look like with us?

You enjoy explaining the technical highlights of all Mercedes-Benz car models to our customers in our dealership, using your strong empathy to convince and win them over.
Providing targeted advice to our customers, such as which features are important to them, is one of your main tasks.
You have fun answering the diverse questions of our customers with your constantly growing expertise, whether in the dealership or online.
Upon request, you accompany customers on test drives, act as a technical contact person, and independently carry out vehicle deliveries.
Through your strong interaction with people, you significantly promote customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Mercedes-Benz brand, acting as a liaison between our customers, potential customers, and other internal departments such as sales and service.
With the insights you gain about our customers' needs, you support our sales team in creating customized offers, making a significant contribution to their success.
