Object Manager (m/f/d) for security services full-time in HH-Mitte

Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility

Implementation of contractcompliant personnel and deployment planning
Active management of deployed employees (m/f/d)
Duty supervision and regular documentation of service provision
Instruction of new employees and training of existing employees
You are the first point of contact on site for the customer as well as for the employees (m/f/d)

Qualifications

What inspires us about you

Minimum qualification with IHK Sachkundenachweis according to 34a GewO preferably also training as a specialist for protection and security/GSSK
Ideally, first experience as an object manager, team leader, shift leader (m/f/d)
Experience in personnel management, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Solid PC skills
Driver's license class B
