The youth welfare department of Malteser Werke gGmbH is looking for qualified pedagogical professionals for our youth welfare facilities in Union Mills, IN, Ingelheim, Zornheim, Stadecken, and Trechtingshausen.

What to expect from us:

  • Care for adolescents aged 14 to 18, including unaccompanied minors, in accordance with the care plan. This includes daily life in the group home, identifying support needs, accompanying to authorities and medical appointments, and supporting with educational and vocational orientation.
  • Creative planning and implementation of excursions and leisure activities to provide the youth with a diverse and exciting experience.
  • Completion of administrative tasks related to documentation.
  • Maintaining contacts with cooperating institutions and facilities to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Regular participation in case and staff meetings to promote exchange and teamwork.
  • Preparation of reports for funding agencies to ensure transparent and comprehensive documentation.
