The
UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring an
Accounts Payable Capital Specialist to lead the coordination of Accounts Payable activity for capital project and fixed asset related payments.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Codes invoices related to capital projects and fixed assets.
  • Verifies sales tax rates on invoices.
  • Data entry/PO matching of invoices within McKesson A/P system.
  • Coordinates resolution of vendor and facility inquiries.
  • Manages the discrepant invoice processing/resolution project with the AP-Capital Payment Coordinators.
  • Educate receivers on the PO receipt and invoice approval process as necessary.
  • Assist supervisor in training and supporting trainees.
  • Vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Invoice tracking and acts as authorization liaison.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with McKesson preferred.
