Your responsibilities:

Independent assessment and booking of ongoing business transactions in the fixed asset accounting (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, capitalization) in SAP AA
Capitalization of two construction projects, allocation of investment and maintenance costs, determination of asset classes and useful lives, creation of the asset grid, support of the asset inventory, and booking of resulting depreciation
Independent assessment and booking of ongoing business transactions in the general ledger accounting (monthly and annual financial statements, incoming invoices and payments, investments and loans) in SAP FI
Consulting and support of internal departments on all assetrelated matters, as well as contact person for auditors, project managers, and controlling
Design and optimization of processes in the responsible area and support of the implementation of asset accounting requirements in projects (e.g. S/4HANA)

Your profile:

Training as a certified accountant or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in fixed asset accounting, particularly in the area of buildings and operating equipment
Indepth knowledge of valuation principles according to HGB, knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
Excellent analytical skills combined with a structured and solutionoriented working style
