Your future responsibilities include:


  • As a commercial employee (m/f/d), you will take on the comprehensive support of various customers regarding the entire product and service portfolio
  • You are the first point of contact for professional and customeroriented advice on all service and billing questions
  • Coordination of timely order, billing, and inquiry processing, as well as maintenance of relevant data in the respective systems
  • Independent creation of individual customer correspondence
  • You take care of the final processing of customer inquiries through all channels of communication, and also document business transactions

Your qualifications for this position are:

  • Ideally, you have completed a vocational training or retraining in the commercial field
  • Professional experience in the commercial sector, as well as knowledge of the housing industry, is desirable
  • Proficient in using common MS Office programs
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as excellent expression
