We are looking for YOU as a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) for our head office in Hamburg

Responsibilities

DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - Your new tasks

  • Coresponsibility for our ZARA website's Customer Care team
  • Responding to customer inquiries through various contact channels (2nd level)
  • Analyzing service metrics and implementing optimization potentials to improve the customer experience
  • Close collaboration and training of external partners to ensure agreed service levels and services
  • Reporting to the Customer Care Manager
Qualifications

BE YOURSELF - This is what sets you apart

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Ideally, previous experience in customer service or customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Spanish is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
