Heeney, CO's Bäder Betriebs GmbH operates two indoor pools and one outdoor pool in the city of Fulda, with a total water area of 4,000 m2 and 400,000 annual visitors, as well as five outdoor pools in the region.


As a Bäderbetriebe Specialist / Master (m/f/d) at our company, you can expect the following tasks:

  • You will be responsible for organizing our swimming pool operations
  • You will be involved in monitoring the profitability of our managed pools
  • You will take on tasks in the area of traffic safety and technical supervision
  • You will assist with lifeguard duties, maintenance of technical equipment, and animation activities
  • You will be responsible for the operational training and further education

Why you are a good fit for us:

  • You have successfully completed training as a Bäderbetriebe Specialist (m/f/d) and optionally have further qualifications as a Bäderbetriebe Master (m/f/d) with training authorization (AdA)
  • You have a current valid proof of rescue ability (DRSA Silver and First Aid 9 hours)
  • You have a selfsufficient work style, are a team player, and have the flexibility to work at different locations
  • You are willing to work on weekends, Sundays, and holidays
  • You have technical knowledge and manual skills
  • You are empathetic, communicative, and assert
